This software license agreement (the "Agreement") is between Persille AS ("Persille") and you (either in your capacity as an individual or as a single entity), a licensee of Persille's software. Your use of Metalmorphism is governed by the following terms.
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Persille grants to you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license: (i) for use of the Metalmorphism software by the number of individuals as dictated by your purchased license; (ii) for you to distribute the Metalmorphism software and/or modifications thereof to an unlimited number of end users as incorporated into your own product(s); and (iii) for end users to use Metalmorphism as incorporated into your own product(s) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Your own product(s) must have substantially different functionality than, and must not compete directly with, the Metalmorphism software.
You may not distribute the Metalmorphism software or modifications thereof except as included within your product(s).
You are entitled to receive all updates made to the Metalmorphism software.
Under no circumstances is Persille required to fix bugs in the Metalmorphism software or otherwise write code for you.
